The 124m elliptical tower characterizes the urban and architectural regeneration intervention within the “Porta Nuova” business center, helping to relaunch the image of the city of Milan.

It is a 35 thousand square meter building on 23 floors; the main entrance atrium is 75 meters high and at the same time has a “climate moderation” function.

The double-skin external envelope is conceived as a dynamic system, capable of insulating the building in winter and, at the same time, limiting overheating in summer. The geometry of the envelope, by optimizing the façade surface, also contributes to guaranteeing the energy efficiency of the tower. At the top of the tower there is the large panoramic greenhouse-garden with an area dedicated to hosting public meetings and cultural events.
